The personal training program that we offer is focused on a five-step program to get your joints moving especially if you have acute and chronic pain. Major Joint Locomotion is our philosophy. If you take care of your joints and get them all working in unison, you will have less pain.

Our mission is simple. It is to get you feeling better than when you walked into the gym on a consistent basis. It is to make everyday living a bit easier and prevent pain from getting any worse. We believe in quality. We will record what type of movement triggers your pain and prescribe specific programs to help you manage your pain.
Breath
We first focus on using your breath to connect your mind and body.
Mobility
The second is mobility to get all your joints moving well in unison. We start with the neck and scan the body down to the toes.
Strength
Thirdly, we will add resistance to your movements and strengthen around your joints.
Cardiovascular
Fourth, we will target your cardiovascular system. We will program it so you can have a proper warm up and a more steady state of blood flow to help with your affected areas.
Balance (proprioception)
Lastly, we will provide a “balanced” routine so you can deal with unpredictable stressors. For example, slipping on ice.

Matt makes sure we train both sides equally, so don’t be surprised if you see us throwing bilateral 4 punch combos.
